House Rules

Dear Holiday Guests!

Our holiday apartment should be a second home to you. You should feel comfortable and be able to rest. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishing and hope that you will find everything you need.

The following house rules are intended to help you enjoy a harmonious stay. In addition, we have listed some rules which we hope you will understand.

General

If you should miss anything in the facility or if you need help, please feel free to contact us. All things that are in the holiday apartment or on the terrace, may and could be used by the guests.

Please handle the entire furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rented property with care. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also observe the rental conditions.

Kitchen

Please take care of the kitchen equipment and the technical appliances.

Since a dirty kitchen pleases no one, please put crockery, pots, and cutlery only in clean and dry condition. cutlery in the cupboards only when they are clean and dry. Do not put hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktop without a trivet. Always use a chopping board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.

Damage

No one damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something gets broken. We would be grateful if you could report the damage to us and that we do not find out after your departure at the final cleaning.

The tenant is liable for damages to the amount of the replacement costs.

Airing

To avoid the formation of mold, we ask you to air the rooms sufficiently, especially after showering.

Duty of care

We kindly ask our guests to treat the rented accommodation with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The entrance door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the flat in order to avoid possible damage due to storms or burglary.

The resources such as water and electricity should be used sparingly.

Disposal

The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper, and packaging. Appropriate containers are available on the property. Please use waste bins and cosmetics bins in the bathroom only with bin liners and dispose of them closed in the residual waste bin.

No waste is allowed in the kitchen sink, the toilets, the washbasins and showers, no rubbish, food leftovers, harmful liquids, or similar. Avoid anything that could block the pipes (no hygiene articles in the toilet).

Cleaning

Should you ever have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), please clean it up immediately. We ask you to clean the broom-clean and to put all used dishes back in the cupboards.

Quiet times

In the interest of a good neighborhood, we ask you to observe the public quiet times such as noon, night, and Sunday rest. Also in the holiday flat itself should be kept quiet between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. out of consideration.

Internet/WLAN

A wireless internet connection (WLAN) is available in the holiday flat. Please ask us for the access code.

The use of the internet with your own WLAN-enabled terminal (notebook, PDA, Smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the tenant. You use the Internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant’s Internet use.

For the use of Internet access via WLAN the WLAN usage rules must also be observed. However, please understand that we (have to) secure ourselves against misuse with a signature on your part.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the holiday flat. Please leave the holiday flat when smoking.

Pets

Bringing pets is not allowed.

House right

In case of immediately necessary repairs, it may be indispensable for the landlord to enter the holiday flat without the knowledge of the guest.

Keys

Please never give the keys out of your hand. Any loss of keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.

Liability

The landlord is not liable for the valuables of the guest(s).

Arrival and Departure

Arrival is by arrangement. On the day of departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the holiday apartment by 11 o’clock at the latest.

On your departure, the holiday apartment should be in the same condition as you found it.

With the booking of the holiday apartment, we assume that the house rules are accepted.
