The Property
The Design-Loft & Terrace is located near the famous “Fortuny Silk Fabric Atelier.” It was newly rebuilt from the ruins of the brewery “Birreria Dreher Venezia”. The loft is furnished with exclusive furniture and offers a fantastic view of the Giudecca Canal.
The Loft accommodates selected art and provides extravagant architecture.
Cosy corners and sofas will allow you to relax and enjoy the fantastic view.
The large terrace invites you and your guests to enjoy pleasant days and evenings in various seating areas.
The Neighborhood
Forget Venice! Go straight to the island of Giudecca. Instead of busy Venice and San Marco things are different on Giudecca. Prominent or not: you see each other, you greet each other and, even as a complete stranger, you are also greeted on your second or third visit.
